This statement was pretty much ripped off from the NCSA copyright
statement.  Heck, it was handy at the time I was making the
distribution.

This sounds pretty nasty but all it is basically attempting to do
is make sure that noone will make money from something I've done.  I
also don't mind getting credit for work I've done.  I would be pleased
to see derivative FREE programs come out this.  Not that I expect
anyone to reuse this crap...
